The 2019 National Community Planning Month (NCPM) Art Competition held in October allows students to create artwork based on this year’s overall theme, Planning for Infrastructure That Benefits All.
Students should highlight how well-planned infrastructure projects (including roadways, transportation systems, housing, parks, and even broadband networks) are a key component of our community through their artwork.
