OFFICE HOURS - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY


Effective Monday, July 6, 2020, out of an abundance of caution and to protect the health and safety of our employees and customers, the Community Development Department will discontinue customer lobby walk-in service to all customers, until further notice.  We will continue to provide other limited services to the public to include the Planning and Zoning and Economic Development Divisions through online or other digital means, such as telephone, email, video conference, etc.

To submit new business or renewal applications or business licensing inquiries, please contact us at businesslicenses@stcloud.org

All other development application forms, inquiries, or to schedule an appointment, please contact us at planning@stcloud.org

You may also use the blue Drop Box located at City Hall in the courtyard between Bldgs. A & B to drop off documents.
