Our vision is to be responsive, courteous and supportive and to continuously develop and seek to improve our quality of customer service through constant self-evaluation and professional growth.
In Accordance to Executive order 20-112, beginning Monday, May 11th, the first floor of City Hall Building A, Permitting and St. Cloud Utilities Customer Service offices will reopen to the public. The remaining city offices and operations will re-open in future phases that will be announced at a later date.
