In Accordance with Executive Order 20-112 issued by Governor Ron DeSantis, St. Cloud will also reopen in phases.
City Hall Hours of Operation: Monday- Friday, 9 am - 4:00 pm.

Beginning Monday, May 11th, the first floor of City Hall Building A, Permitting and St. Cloud Utilities Customer Service offices will reopen to the public. Customers will be able to access these areas while practicing social distancing and using face coverings. The remaining city offices and operations will re-open in future phases that will be announced at a later date.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 20-112 – “SAFE, SMART, STEP-BY-STEP” PLAN TO RE-OPEN FLORIDA - PHASE 1

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis issued Phase 1 of his Executive Order 20-112 “Safe, Smart, Step-By-Step” plan to re-open the State of Florida. This order will maintain limitations on the movements of persons except for those businesses and services that are currently open and those businesses that re-open at 25% building occupancy. The order became effective on Monday May 4, 2020, (with the exception of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties) until a subsequent order has been issued. Please follow appropriate social distancing and sanitation procedures. If you have any questions, please contact your employer for further instructions.

RE-OPENING / MAY RESUME OPERATIONS

Restaurants, with indoor seating at 25% occupancy; outdoor seating with 6 ft of space between tables
Retail to operate at 25% occupancy
Churches, synagogues or other houses of worship can hold service
Beaches
Child Care Centers                                                                                                                                
Museums and libraries may open at no more than 25% occupancy
Elective surgeries
State Parks (limited hours, capacity and amenities)

CLOSED / MAY NOT RESUME OPERATIONS

Schools (Remain doing distance learning)
Senior living facilities
Bars, nightclubs, gyms, and personal care services such as barbershops and salons
Vacation rentals
Interactive shared exhibits of museums and libraries such as child play areas
