 Welcome to the City of St. Cloud’s Public Meetings


During Phase III of the Re-open Florida plan effective Thursday, March 25,2021, the City of St. Cloud will hold City Council, Board and Committee meetings in-person at City Hall, Building A, 3rd floor, Council Chambers, 1300 9th street . These meetings can also be viewed from our website, via your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Limited seating will be available in accordance with CDC Covid-19 guidelines for social distancing. In addition, each attendee will be required to wear a face coverings prior to entrance of the meeting.

Below, you will find information on how to participate in public meetings. Meetings can be viewed live, broadcast on Spectrum, channel 499, or as a recording, when completed. See below for links to the meeting agenda(s).

Ways to Comment or Simply View the Meeting

If you wish to comment during either the Public Citizen Forum Section, or other item(s) on the agenda, you will need to attend in person, fill out a form, and identify which item(s) you wish to speak on. Each registrant will be given three (3) minutes to address the items they registered for, including the Citizen’s Forum. Unfortunately, due to State Laws allowances for remote attendance is not permitted.

Citizens will be able to watch the meeting live on our website at  www.stcloud.org/webcasts or Broadcast on Spectrum channel 499 

After the meeting is over, the recording, with closed captioning, will be posted on the City’s YouTube channel . The meeting will be available for viewing on demand the Monday following the meeting.
