PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE: Effective June 29, 2020 at 9:00am, due to the Line Swabbing being done in the area of Kanuga Village, Lorraine Estates & Davis Estates, as well as the area of Missouri Ave. South of Cactus Ct. and Fertic Rd. between Canoe Creek Rd. and Missouri Ave. a Precautionary Boil Water Notice has been placed into effect. This precautionary boil water notice only affects those customers that were previously notified by City personnel of the work in their area. The City of St. Cloud advises that all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth or washing dishes be boiled. A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient. As an alternative, bottled water may be used. This notice will remain in effect until a bacteriological survey is complete. A separate notification will be issued when the process has been completed and you can visit for further updates.

Please make sure that you adjust your irrigation timers accordingly, following the potable irrigation schedule below. Any resident found not to be in compliance with these new restrictions will be subject to violation notices and fines.

The Subdivisions listed below are piped as reclaim but served with potable water and are to follow the potable irrigation schedule. The watering schedule is established by finding the block number that corresponds to the last digit of the address.

    For water, backflow, or sewer concerns, City of St Cloud should be contacted first at 407-957-7344 prior to plumbing contractors to evaluate if the service of a plumber is necessary. If a plumber is contacted first, City of St. Cloud will not assume responsibility for incurred costs. Outside of normal business hours, please call  407-891-6700.
